Having my husband rub lotion onto my feet and toes right before i have to get back on them to walk and rock my two daughters, make bottles, change diapers, run to the store and phew never a break! mommy duty calls 24/7!

When I get home from work I like to fix a really cold glass of water & take a hot shower, sippin' on my water while I'm in there.  Then I take my time rubbing on lotion & dancing around.  I put on my most comfy lounge clothes and relax on the sofa while I watch what the DVR recorded that day.

I like to take long, hot showers, but my water heater doesn't.  On days that I'm feeling lots of muscle tightness, I like to save as much of the hot water for the very end of the shower, then I blast my shoulders to let all the tension from the day wash away!
