re: Win a chat with our sleep experts, Conner & Kira!

I have five year old twins and a 8 week old.  I would love some advice to put baby to sleep and have him stay asleep because he is sharing a room with his older brother.  There is only one thing worse then a wide awak ebaby at 3am, and that is a wide awake baby and a five year old!

re: Win a chat with our sleep experts, Conner & Kira!

Our baby was doing well sleeping in his crib until it started getting cold in his room.  The only way to get his to sleep was to bring him to our room.  I guess he senses that I'm right there with him, so he wakes up every few hours and wants to nurse.  Now that the weather is warmer, we tried putting him back in the crib, but he refuses to sleep in there.  We tried everything, but nothing works.  We just want to get him to sleep in the crib and sleep through the night, so mommy and daddy can have time to themselves =)

re: Win a chat with our sleep experts, Conner & Kira!

I am a first time worry wart mom.  I have an extremly large bedroom that will serve as a master suite and nursery in one and I am really concerned that it might not be ideal for our baby's sleeping.  Will it be ok?  Should we put up a wall and make it 2 rooms?  Help!

re: Win a chat with our sleep experts, Conner & Kira!

I'm a first-time mom with an 8-week baby. I return to work on June 11 and I'm really worried about my productivity if my husband and I don't learn a better way to put baby down.   I know that it is dangerous to have the baby sleep in our bed (see pic), but it is the only way that we and he are getting any sleep at all.   Baby has his own bed in our room, but I can only get him to lie down for max one hour in that bed, otherwise the over-tired boy ends up catching his zzz's in the car seat, stroller or swing.  Please help!

re: Win a chat with our sleep experts, Conner & Kira!

I really don't know why I have the worst time sleeping. I'm still pregnant and everyone keeps telling me to sleep now because I won't get much in a few weeks after the baby gets here. I hate that my husband is a sound sleeper and dozes off before his head hits the pillow!! (That doesn't make me a bad person right? ) I just wish I could fall asleep and stay asleep, or at least fall back asleep when I wake up in the middle of the night. Sorry to vent a little I am a little sleep deprived and would love to somehow fix that!!  Good Luck to All!

I'm a first time mom, and my 3 week old baby sleeps all day, and then wants to be awake from 9:30pm until 1:30am when we are exhausted.  We could use some help in figuring out how to change her pattern to be awake during the day instead!

re: Win a chat with our sleep experts, Conner & Kira!

I'm a first time mom and have read and read everything I can on how to make my 6 month old sleep through the night and take adequate naps.  I am so sleep deprived and sometimes delirous.  I am getting plety of headaches.  I wish I lived closer to family so they can help but they live thousands of miles away so the only support they can give is over the phone.  I wish everyone good luck.

re: Win a chat with our sleep experts, Conner & Kira!

I have a 3mo old son who fights naps and bedtimes (can take up to an hour to put down).  He also is extremely inconsistent with sleeping at night, sometimes waking up every 2 hours, other times going up to 4 hour stretches.  His naps are not any better, sometimes lasting only 20 minutes (where he then wakes up crying but won't go back down despite rocking, soothing, paci etc. and will only sleep if held in my arms).  I am also getting worried that he is becoming too reliant on his pacifier for sleep, not sure what to do about that either.  Please help, what am I doing wrong?!

re: Win a chat with our sleep experts, Conner & Kira!

We have a one year old who still wakes up 2-3 times a night.  We have read many books and tried many techniques and they don't seem to work.  It would be nice to get a good night sleep so I can keep up with him and my class.
