re: What's the deal with eating peanut butter during pregnancy?

I have heard from a coworker and some blog I saw on the internet that you shouldn't eat peanut butter during pregnancy because of the risk of peanut allergies.  Is this true or not?  I would think that exposing the baby to peanuts would decrease the risk, but what do I know.  Can you help clarify this?

Thanks,
