re: Expert Dr. Mikal Finkelstein

Hi!  My daughter is 11 weeks today and is a beautiful, alert, wonderful baby.  We really have nothing to complain about- she is sleeping well, eating well and is great around other people- we just love her to pieces!  Just a quick question.  She was born small (5lb, 3oz- because of being so wrapped up in the cord) and has already doubled her weight.  But her nasal passages and tear ducts are small.  We have to give her saline drops for her nose every day so she can breathe better and try to massage her tear ducts- but she is constantly getting goopy...then crusty eyes.

   Any advice?  Thank you!
